The POR kit comes with some tools, POR putty and some other stuff. I had the putty from another project so I used it along with some small files and fixed my wheel. You have to V out every crack until you get to the inner steel ring. Then you fill the cracks with the POR putty, which is a two part epoxy putty that hardens overnight. Sand, fill, sand, paint. The worse the wheel the more the work. And some cracks are not repairable. Ive seen wheels with gaping cranks along the center bar. Mine recracked so its not a permanent fix. Recasting it thru Kochs is the only true way to fix one.

There's not-cracked 64 wheel on ROP right now for 75bucks. Could be gone by now though and not sure if they are the same or different.
