I'm in need of a dipstick for a 65 400. Anyone have one laying around they don't need? All I've found for new is chrome ones.

Really just need a top. The one I have has bubbles in the casting and it leaks and won't hold new threads.

In need of a stock 4 barrel for a 65 400. Or just the top. Hope somebody has something they're willing to part with.

Thanks for the information. I had one for a Chevy that didn't fit. The shaft was too short and the casting didn't have a long enough neck. But, I'm not sure it was for a Chevelle. More research I guess.

I'm in need of a 2 Speed wiper switch for a 65 442. Would like a new one but can't find one with the correct length. One's for Chevy's don't fit in the dash. Will settle for a good used one.

I haven't found any to my liking yet so I haven't tried to fasten anything yet. Was gonna check with Steele and see if they would sell just the ones for the doors rather than having to buy the whole set.
As for your original question. I don't think I would be drilling extra holes. There's gotta be a better product out there.

I asked a similar question a while back. Never got an answer. Apparently no one on here uses sweeps. The ones I have , have the notches cut too big.

Don't mean to be a jerk. But, I'm pretty sure that's not a 65 442 fan shroud . They weren't two pieces, don't have all those ribs and I think that's a Chrysler part number in the picture?

Would anyone have the stainless trim for a left rear bumper filler that they would sell?

Wondering what brand everyone prefers for window sweeps, fuzzy's, whatever you want to call them. I have some that are identical to the factory ones' except for how the rubber is noticed on the ends. Hoping to get some that fit properly.

I got a stainless one from Inline Tube that fits OK. But, since I don't like inline tube, you're on your own. I also have two transmission lines that don't fit, along with a vacuum that doesn't fit.....

On a 65 442 with a Jetaway transmission, does the lower of the two lines on the transmission go to the right side on the radiator? Assembly manual is about as clear as mud.

Does anyone have a nice dash insert for sale? Something that just needs paint. Not all gouged up.
