Found that the left brake light works with pedal and left blinker also tail lights both sides work. right side no brake light no blinker, fuse seems not to blow anymore. Disconnected the ribbon put a test light on the dark green prong from the fuse box side and nothing, which should be the right side light, left side works fine, give me some advise, going to have another glass of wine and stare at it for awhile

Found out today I have no Brake lights, blown fuse, every time I put one in it blows,I'm thing I have a short in fuse box, I could be wrong.I'm thinking of bypassing it to another power source,my question is,how difficult is it to switch out fuse box if I need one,or any input on things I should check, I'm thinking its just a switch so it should be easy to trouble shoot

I'm not sure what your looking for,I used my original stock auto radiator with my 4 speed conversion and it works great no issues. maybe if your worried someone might look under the hood and see plugs in the transmission holes,I dont know if there is a specific radiator, I'll bet Joe knows

Just a FYI,I just received my new repo 4 speed console top from the Parts Place,I was a little disappointed that it is plastic, although it looks really nice.I'm going to install it and keep my original one.Just my 2 cents I'm going to keep this one black only because I think it looks nicer.

I think you would do your self a favor,by buying a new base and then buying parts to build one,if you do find a hole one in nice shape they can be crazy pricey, its like finding a unicorn

Seams like such a pain for a starter,I'll try both motor mounts do you think I need to unbolt the trans. to get it up that high, also i've tried to bring it down and i doesn't seam to want to twist that way only up.

I jacked up the motor on one side and it still isn't coming out,I'm wondering if its has anything to do that it was a automatic know its a 4 speed. know the starter is in a bell housing. I'm thinking all starters are the same aren't they.

Thought I would revisit this,I still can't get my starter out its like its to long.I know I've had it out before, does it slide up and out or down and out either way it seems to long, any help would be appreciated I don't want to pull the motor to change a starter.
