Don't get mad guys...but I'm working on finishing the '64 Le Mans and fiddling around with my '27 T roadster. The 442 has to wait because I want to be seasoned when I do that one. After all, it is the real deal and I want to do it right!

Did any of you see the 63 Tempest that's on ebay right now? No engine or transmission parts car and it's over $86,000. He's had offers of $160,000 and $500,000. I only bring this up cause I keep seein' that LeMans poppin' up.

Not yet but give me time, thats not high on my project list, the f350 goes in the garage today for it's pre-snow check-up, then maybe I'll do some flower power.

3 tarps and a cover are whats in store for my 442s this winter. I don't like to leave them outside, but a storage unit costs too much. As for that '63 Lemans SD, that makes 2(of the original 6 built) that have been found! I know they're worth a lot, but I'm surprised to see how much this one is going for! I had a '63 Lemans convt. when I was 15(It's what I traded for my first 442), and I liked it, trans-axle, "Rope Shaft", and everything.

Five months of completed interior restoration + no heat in the garage + work to do on the house = no work on the 442. Next summer will bring a front-end rebuild.

Well I have too many projects going, First My dad's 74 full fiberglass bronco, I have installed a 351W with aluminum heads, should be around 450hp. I have stripped all the wiring out it and am installing a new harness. plus new fuel system seats, and many other parts. Second is the 65, I have a new motor half installed. 425, mild street build, and changing over to a manual trans. Few other parts to install too. Third is my Daughters 84 hurst olds. I have the leaking t-tops half torn out and ready to install a new section. Plus a new paint job on it. Someday the 425 will find its way into it. But first since I work 7 10 hour days. I just have to start on the bronco and finish and move to the next one. I get alittle over whelmed thinking about all the work. lol

I have a 65 442 that I bought last year without a drivetrain. This winter I plan on installing a 425 and a 4-speed so I can sell it in the early spring. I picked up a 65 425 4BBL off Ebay last summer (07) and a 65 Muncie 4-speed for it. That of course comes after spending time with the family especially my one year old boy Salvatore.

Couple things: 1) Grandson spun the Camaro & knocked the rear out of whack, trashed 2 rims, so I'm still waiting on the parts so I can get it back in original & do alittle touch up. For those that don't know, its a '92 Z29 ragtop w/ orogonal Heritage package- bought it new in! 2) The 442: as soon as the guy gets done putting the dual brake system & roll control in, it's going into "hibernation". I'll do several "touch up" items (labels, reroute spark plugs, a little rust on the l. front fender screws & under the hood leading edge (underneath), etc, so it'll be right for next year. At least I've been lucky to find a nice dry place for it @ a guy's place out of the weather & I also have use of a lighted, heated bay incl tools @ the same place! Ralph

I plan on painting the under body and sending it out to get painted. Doesn't snow too much in Texas.

Thats nice, but the snow gives us something to look forward to in the spring, getting the car out after a long winter and stretching her legs, clean the tires off a little.

Id say the reflection off those new walls in there would keep it nice and charged.

Gee Ramz:
The reflection is wonderful, but like it of not I have my 350 in the garage and I can walk all the way around it comfortably. Can you say that about either of your play pens??? Sounds like we need to go to Nicks and look around, maybe we can get something for you to play with.
