If you look at Jason Ramsey's documentation of his 65 restoration, go to home page of this site and click on links, I think it is the first one under links, and look at the part where he is putting the car back together again there are photos of where to install them, there are no pre-drilled holes just flat spots put there for this purpose...hey BRO maybe those photos should be part of the how to do section?

I have to say...I followed those instructions/pictures and installed rear seat belts in my ride a few years ago. The pics were perfect and made it easy to complete.
