i was wondering the same thing, the way the weather has been here in mass i haven't felt like warming up the shop to do anything worth talking about.i need to get back to my 65 442 club coupe project,i also need to live somewhere warmer for the winter.my tolerance to the cold lessens every year.jc

I was also wondering the same thing, unlike most of you guys weather here in N.Cal is great,so I'm thinking of taking the 65 for a ride on same mountain roads may even take the top down and let the wind blow whats left of my hair

Board is pretty much dead.
The coupe should be painted in a few weeks. Once its home I hope to be driving it by summer.

Have had great weather here in So. Cal., haven't had any winter at all this year, not much rain either unfortunately, today is supposed to reach 80 degrees... Retired the 15th of January and am no longer making the 100 mile round trip to work 2-2-1/2 hours each way, to go 50 miles, and 8 hours there didn't leave me any time to work on the 65 442 project at all.... I figured I gave them 44 years and that was enough... have been working on the car doing small stuff...have gotten more done in the month since I retired than in the last 2 years...refinishing and rebuilding this and that so hopefully once I find a decent body shop I will have all the small stuff done...engine and trans are basically done just waiting for me, front end is mostly redone...trying to get a shop built so I can store and work inside for a change...ran out of space in the garage... For all you guys that are up to it in the white stuff, send some out our way before we dry up and blow away. dryer than a popcorn _ _ _ t out here....

Busy as hell, just not anything with the 65, the vert has a new home up north waiting for me to retire, and the post is resting down the street, the post might go up north for the summer, would be nice to drive around up there, haven't decided yet, too much to do, no time to do any of it. 3 more years to go, hope I can make it.

I’ve been at a stand still with no engine in the car since I pulled the 455 for might as wells and ended up only saving the heads and crank. So it’s been engine free since November 2015. I put a 77 350 I had in the corner of the garage in it but haven’t put it all back together yet. Kinda took the wind out of the sails.
One way or another I’ll be driving it this year, whether with another 455 or the crappy 77 350 Olds or some other as yet unknown engine.
