Are the 65 and 66 automatic floor shifters the same? Anyone know where to get an overhaul kit or new linkage or parts?

They are the same, but I know of no company that makes new linkages. I'm quite sure they make a rebuild kit, probably for a Pontiac or Chevy.

There are plenty of broken shifters with good parts and linkages. You can also get a kit with a cable from shiftworks I believe. I probably have an extra shifter you can use for parts.
