Wow Stan...just about a mirror image of mine. Nice! I am a little jealous of the 4 speed!!! Damn.
What color is your interior? Are you going to paint it Provincial White again?
My car will undergo what yours is going through now in a couple of years. My car is a west coast car and is extremely clean. It's had one repaint in it's life and that was about 25 years ago. Very minimal rust...light surface at the bottom inside edges of the doors, light surface at the bottom of the rear window where it meets the molding, and light surface inside the trunk weatherstrip channel. Seems like it will clean up easily with sandpaper and wire brush. I am going to clean it up for now and hit it with some POR15 and top it with paint to prevent spreading. Floors, trunk and frame is 100% solid. I believe this car was kept indoors most if not all of its life.

interior is black, buckets, console, tinted glass, has a lumpy olds 350 in it, shakes and rattles at the stop lites, i love it. your car sounds like a real keeper, keeping them inside realy saves alot of the deep rust. my car also is west coast, sold in victoria bc, one hour up the road, unfortunately dont have any history on the car yet. being a local four speed someone will remember it i hope.

Yes, my Cutlass is paint code C (Provincial White). The chrome is actually in awesome condition. The rear panel between the taillights has some light pitting. The bumpers are excellent (it's a shame that they have a few small dents though). Chrome around the windows are good with a few small dents on the front one. The chrome moldings down the sides of the car are flawless. Headlight bezels and grill are beautiful. Interior chrome is excellent with the exception of the chrome on the door pull handles...it has faded. Hood molding is excellent but the red has faded. Even the wipers are in excellent condition. Cutlass emblems and OLDSMOBILE lettering are real nice. Did I miss anything?

Wow, if your car is all that you wont have hardly any work to do to it, you dont need any parts? Better take lots of pics then,

Obviously, some will need refinishing. I will take many pictures once I decide it's time for paint and I start to take the car apart. For now, I have a few maintenance items to take care of and paint touch ups...other than that, I plan to enjoy her as much as I can.

She is very original with 55k miles. West coast car built in Fremont California. One repaint about 25 years ago. Other than the paint, wheels and exhaust, the car is original and all there. The only thing that is missing is a power steering support bracket which I found on this forum (thanks to oldsproject). I do have the original wire hubcaps too. Real solid minimal rust car. I love it.
