My new wiring harness and WW switch has provisions for HIGH, LOW, PARK, how would this wire into the stock WW motor? Or is there an direct fit after market WW motor I can get to work with this?

Does/did your car have the 2-speed wiper motor? What you describe is how the 2-speed wiper set up would be wired. Unless I'm missing something.

My stock wiring has 2 harnesses, one 3 prong one 2 prong that were somewhat tied together. They both plugged in to the WW motor, Now I just have 3 wires. I am a bit confused if I can make this work?
